Job summary

Shoe Carnival is hiring a Store Associate in Indianapolis, IN. You will greet customers, help them find shoes and accessories, and operate the register with cash handling and basic math. Maintain neat displays and stock levels while sharing promotions.

We value great communication, reliability, and a friendly attitude. This is flexible part-time work with opportunities for growth and on-the-job training in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to stand for long periods during shifts.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as required.
• Retail experience is a plus.
