Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

As a Store Associate, you will represent Curaleaf as a brand ambassador by providing top-notch customer service and educating guests on our products. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a great experience during each visit. Your responsibilities include driving sales, using the point-of-sale system to track merchandise and verify purchases, and working with your team to create a trusting, respectful environment. Staying updated on promotions and new products through Curaleaf’s internal tools will enable you to serve guests effectively.
Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands and fingers, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds. Occasionally climb, balance, and lift up to 50 pounds. Requires close vision (20 inches or less).
Professional retail setting. Use of standard office equipment. Potential exposure to dust, pollen, plant pathogens. Ability to work in confined spaces, with high stress tolerance, adaptability, and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
