Job summary

Il’argento is a family-owned home décor boutique in Aventura, FL seeking a full-time in-store team member who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and being part of a close-knit, creative group.

You’ll assist customers, process orders and gift deliveries, support daily operations, and help with online orders and wedding registry attention. Fluent English and Spanish, proactive attitude, and basic social media skills are valued; Shopify experience a plus.

We’re looking for someone who has great taste, positive energy, and a genuine interest in home décor, tabletop, gifting, entertaining, and beautiful things. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and being part of a close‑knit, creative team.
