The Retail Store Associate position offers an opportunity in a leading retail setting to excel in a growing, high-impact, customer-focused role. You will work both independently and as part of a team to positively impact the lives of others.

Essential Functions

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care, and actively resolving service issues.
• Greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and assisting with locating items.
• Performing cashier duties accurately, handling transactions with precision following company policies.
• Maintaining the sales floor by restocking, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks.
• Supporting opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Providing support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational.
• Assisting pharmacy personnel, including working shifts in the pharmacy for growth opportunities.
• Promoting CVS services and loyalty programs to support our purpose of helping people on their path to better health.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Remaining upright for sustained periods.
• Lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and a negligible amount regularly.
• Visual acuity for activities like reading and inspecting small parts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.

Additional Details

• Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.
• Pay range: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
