Overview of the Position

Our store associates ensure customers have an excellent shopping experience, achieve individual sales goals, contribute to store sales, and maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards.

Major Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service on the sales floor, fitting room, and at the cash register
• Manage garments including receiving, ticketing, stocking, and merchandising
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and process payments
• Open and close cash registers, perform cash handling and deposits

Skill Set

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible schedule commitment
• Math skills for calculating discounts and percentages
• Basic computer skills

Education & Experience

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or G.E.D. required; Associate degree preferred
• 6 months to 2 years retail experience preferred
