• Ability and willingness to work long and sometimes unusual hours.
• High school level math competency.
• Collaborative work style; partner with personnel to drive site performance.
• Insurable by company's auto liability insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper controls on cash, inventory and expenses.
• Complete and transmit end-of-day reports by noon on Monday and by midnight on other days.
• Make bank deposits daily by the established deadline.
• Call in fuel report by 8:00 a.m. each day.
• Analyze sales trends by shift and by day; request assistance as needed.
• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, screening and training new employees.
• Coach and direct staff, write and enforce work schedules within labor guidelines.
• Hire or dismiss only with District Manager approval when Manager is absent.
• Cover open shifts and ensure store meets company standards.
