Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking a Store Assistant Manager in Las Vegas to support the Store Manager in all store operations and guide a team of brand advocates to deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with our brand values.

You will work with the Store Manager to maximize profitability, implement visual merchandising directives, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with company standards. This role requires strong leadership, flexibility, and a focus on development and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate people and resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations including sales, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Experience in staff development, coaching, and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to maximize profitability and ensure standards.
• Create exceptional customer experiences through client focus and collaboration.
• Lead visual merchandising to support brand strategies.
• Ensure replenishment of merchandise on sales floor.
• Ensure adherence to loss prevention and safety policies.
• Assist in training, operations, sales, inventory, and store admin tasks.
• Foster development and accountability within the team.
• Process information and merchandise through POS/system.
• Assist in hiring and selecting qualified candidates.
• Flexibly perform duties beyond the role as needed.
