Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager in Phoenix to support store operations, hire, manage and direct associates to hit financial goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll participate in a 3+ week leadership training program designed to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
