Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store. You will hire, supervise and develop team members to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Open to a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest expectations.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program.
