Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store in Canton, GA. You will oversee daily operations, including hiring and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including openings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or food safety certified is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to drive success and customer satisfaction.
• Support through the 3+ weeks of leadership training program to prepare for ongoing management responsibilities.
