Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and that the team is courteous and service-oriented.
• Supervise food preparation and serving to brand standards.
• Assist in opening, closing, and preparation lists.
• Work hands-on in food preparation and deliveries coordination.
• Support sales, service, cleanliness, and sanitation goals through training.
• Control cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Fill in where needed to maintain service standards.
• Assist in product management and deliveries per brand standards.
• Identify labor or food cost and take actions to improve figures.
• Assist scheduling labor and ensure proper staffing.
• Maintain HR policy knowledge.
• Provide suggestions to General/Regional Managers.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
