Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to help run daily operations, implement standards, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. This role supports the General Manager and leads team performance in a fast-paced setting.

You will supervise staff, assist with interviewing and onboarding, and help build a strong, cohesive team through clear communication and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards
• Counting inventory and supplies
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards
• Efficient employee supervision
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment
• Rotating commissary deliveries
• Other job duties, as needed
