Job summary

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a dependable Assistant Manager to help lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour and you will deliver excellent customer service while guiding shifts and tasks.

You will train and coach staff, monitor food safety, handle cash, and assist with scheduling and store goals under the General Manager's direction. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Restaurant or supervisory experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members.
• Take orders, prepare food, and ensure orders are accurate and on time.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Train and coach employees on service, food preparation, and store procedures.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
• Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
• Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
• Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
