Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Toledo, OH seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, staff scheduling and merchandising. You will assist in hiring, training and supervising a team to deliver fast, friendly service and maintain high standards.

Qualifications

Retail experience preferred with supervision responsibilities.
Ability to recruit, interview and hire staff.
Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
Strong planning, scheduling and organizational skills.
Accurate cash handling and bookkeeping basics.
Clear communication and customer service focus.
Experience training and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager with oversight of Store operations.
Support hiring, supervising and staff delegation for daily tasks and merchandising.
Maintain high standards and fast, friendly service for customers.
Ensure regular, on-site attendance and shift coverage.
Execute food program standards and safety procedures.
