Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Store Assistant Manager (full-time) to support the Store Manager in daily operations and to lead a team of brand advocates in delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned with our brand values.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain standards across merchandising, training, and administration. This role requires a flexible schedule and a focus on developing staff to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to maximize profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, and operations.
• Guide and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Assist in hiring and training qualified candidates.
• Implement visual merchandising directives to align with brand strategies.
• Manage replenishment and inventory control on the selling floor.
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention and safety policies.
• Support store administration and day-to-day operations.
