Job summary

AR Pizza, LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchisee, is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to lead daily shift operations, ensuring brand standards, exceptional customer service, and team development in a high-volume setting.

You will supervise staff, uphold food safety and cleanliness, manage labor costs, train team members, and support scheduling while delivering a top-tier customer experience at our Greenwood, MS location.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Driver's license with at least 1 year driving experience and car insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and policies.
• Maintain safe and respectful workplace and ensure food safety/sanitation.
• Assist in managing labor and food cost controls.
• Complete required paperwork and inventory counts.
• Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding as directed by GM.
