Accountable for meeting store sales and income budget expectations while managing expenses to maximize profitability.
Create a positive and mentoring environment for Beneficiaries (ARC rehabilitation program participants) through collaboration and partnership with program staff.
Implement positive and effective Work Therapy Assignments (WTA) and keep Beneficiaries on the right track and focus where they need to improve.
Must hold a valid Driver's license, able to pass MVR report (required), show proof of insurance, and have access to a motor vehicle.
Must pass background check, including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
Ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers, and donors.
Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, carts, merchandise, fixtures, furniture, dollies, platform trucks, and carts.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.
Partner with the Store Manager in daily operations including opening/closing, POS, inventory, donations, and merchandising standards.
Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, including personnel and cash handling.
Assist with hiring, training, and developing staff; monitor performance and address issues.
Ensure high customer and donor satisfaction; develop strategies to improve service.
Support Back Room Processing to meet daily goals.
Supervise and report on program Beneficiaries involved in Work Therapy Assignments.
Protect store assets, including cash, inventory, and property; ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
Attend safety meetings and perform tasks as assigned by supervisors.
May be relocated based on business needs.
