The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, motivational leadership, and a commitment to operational excellence, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or assistant management experience in a retail or commercial environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred: Previous mall/multi-tenant retail experience
• Preferred: Sales experience and understanding of retail operations

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Support store management in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
• Manage staff scheduling, time-off requests, and ensure adequate coverage.
• Oversee inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandising.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local requirements.
• Assist in training new employees during onboarding and provide ongoing skill development.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support management with administrative tasks and communication.
