Circle K, located in North Little Rock, AR, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will assist the Store Manager with staffing, supervision, bookkeeping and merchandising, while upholding company standards and driving sales in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in retail leadership and food-handling is preferred; a high school diploma is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required.
• Supervisor or management experience preferred.
• Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills requested.
• Experience handling food is a plus.
• High School or college degree may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising and staff tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Execute food program standards.
