Circle K is hiring an Assistant Manager in Fountain Hills, AZ. You will support the Store Manager, help oversee store operations, hire and supervise staff, handle bookkeeping and merchandising, and ensure fast, friendly service with consistent attendance.

The role includes managing food program standards, leading a motivated team, and driving daily tasks with urgency and leadership. Prior retail or supervisor experience is helpful; a HS diploma is preferred, and a path to management is available

Qualifications

• Retail or supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Willingness to recruit and hire staff.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage workflows.

Responsibilities
