Job summary

Circle K in Pearl, MS is seeking an Assistant Manager to support Store Manager with daily store operations, scheduling, merchandising and staff supervision. You’ll ensure fast, friendly service and maintain high standards while building a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills are a plus.
• Experience handling food is desirable.
• Ability to stand for long periods and manage shifting workloads.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of daily store operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising and staff development.
• Oversee bookkeeping and merchandising and ensure on-site attendance.
• Maintain high service standards and cashier accuracy.
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
