Circle K in Carrollton, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations, oversee staff, and uphold high standards of customer service. You will assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and merchandising while ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Retail or supervisor experience preferred.
• Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills.
• Experience handling food.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising and working with the staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Provide regular and predicable onsite attendance.
• Execute Circle K food program standards.
