Position Objectives:

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain organized stores.
  • Meet sales and income targets while managing expenses.
  • Create a positive environment for ARC beneficiaries through collaboration with program staff.
  • Implement Work Therapy Assignments effectively.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years retail management/supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Valid Driver's license, pass MVR, proof of insurance, access to vehicle.
  • Background check clearance.
  • Effective communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Repetitive motion tasks.

Essential Duties:

  • Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, donations, and merchandising standards.
  • Supervise store personnel and ensure excellent customer and donor service.
  • Monitor performance, handle personnel issues, and conduct evaluations.
  • Ensure safety and security of store assets and property.
  • Support the Store Manager in various operational and administrative tasks.
