Position Details

Location: Store 4702429, 4724 W State Road 46, Bloomington, Indiana 47404

Availability: Evening and Overnight Shifts

Role Overview

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, staff management, bookkeeping, merchandising, and ensuring high standards of customer service. Maintain regular onsite attendance and exemplify leadership and urgency, especially in executing our high food program standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support hiring, supervising staff, and managing daily store tasks
• Ensure fast, friendly customer service
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, and compliance with safety standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Leadership experience in retail or management roles
• Strong communication, delegation, and organizational skills
• Experience with cash handling and bookkeeping
• Ability to motivate and teach team members

Physical Requirements

• Stand or walk up to 8 hours
• Lift up to 30 pounds regularly; occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
• Push/pull up to 20 pounds; bend, reach, and manipulate objects
