Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in York, Maine is seeking a Store Assistant, Full Time to support the Store Manager, supervise staff and handle daily tasks including merchandising and cash handling.

You will help maintain high service standards and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead with empathy, plan and organize shifts, recruit and onboard staff, and contribute to a positive guest experience while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff and store operations.

You’ll help with hiring, supervising and working with the staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising. This handwork requires eye-hand coordination, and may require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
