Key Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, hiring, supervising staff, bookkeeping, merchandising, and ensuring high standards and excellent customer service. Maintain regular onsite attendance. Execute the food program and lead by example with urgency, patience, and leadership.
