Your Key Responsibilities:

You will assist the Store Manager with oversight of the station store operations. Responsibilities include hiring, supervising staff, managing daily tasks, bookkeeping, merchandising, and maintaining high standards to provide fast and friendly customer service. Regular onsite attendance is required. You will also execute the food program, demonstrate leadership, and set an example for staff.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds
• Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds
• Bend and twist for up to one hour per shift
• Manipulate objects with hands, including climbing ladders if needed
