Position: Store Assistant, Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager with oversight of store operations, staff supervision, hiring, bookkeeping, merchandising, and ensuring high standards of customer service. Maintain regular onsite attendance and execute food program standards. Demonstrate leadership, urgency, patience, and care for customers and staff.
Qualifications and Skills:
Leadership experience, recruiting, delegation, teaching, organizing, communication, cash handling, problem solving, safety awareness. Retail or management experience preferred. High school or college degree preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Stand/walk up to 8 hours, lift/carry up to 30 pounds regularly, occasionally lift 60 pounds, push/pull 20 pounds, bend/twist, manipulate objects, possibly climb ladders.
