Your Key Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager with overseeing store operations, including hiring, supervising staff, bookkeeping, and merchandising. Maintain high standards, provide fast and friendly service, and ensure regular onsite attendance. Execute the food program, demonstrate care for customers, and display leadership qualities such as urgency, patience, and initiative.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds
• Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour
• Hand-eye coordination for grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects, possibly climbing ladders
