Position: Store Assistant, Full Time

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including hiring, supervising staff, bookkeeping, and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service.
• Execute the company's food program.
• Display leadership, urgency, and patience, setting an example for staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and management preferred.
• Skills in team leadership, recruiting, delegation, teaching, organizing, communication, cash handling, problem solving, and safety.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours, lift up to 30 pounds regularly, occasionally lift up to 60 pounds, push/pull 20 pounds, and bend/twist for up to one hour per shift.
• High School or College Degree(s) preferred.
