Key Responsibilities:

You will assist the Store Manager with oversight of store operations, including hiring, supervising staff, bookkeeping, and merchandising. You will help maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers. Regular onsite attendance is expected.

You will execute the food program, care about customers, lead by example, and demonstrate urgency, patience, and leadership.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift/carry up to 30 pounds; occasionally up to 60 pounds
• Push/pull up to 20 pounds
• Bend with twisting for about an hour per shift
• Manipulate objects with hands, climb ladders if necessary
