Key Responsibilities:

You will assist the Store Manager with oversight of the station store operations, including hiring, supervising staff, bookkeeping, merchandising, and maintaining high standards for customer service. Regular onsite attendance is required. You will also execute the food program, demonstrate leadership, and provide excellent customer care.

Qualifications:

• Leadership experience in retail or management
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring skills
• Ability to delegate and follow up
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and safety awareness
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and manipulate objects as specified

Preferred Experience:

• Retail or food handling experience
• High School or College Degree

Physical Requirements:

• Stand/walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift/carry up to 30-60 pounds as specified
• Push/pull, bend, grasp, reach, and climb as needed
