Your Key Responsibilities:

You will assist the Store Manager with oversight of store operations, including hiring, supervising staff, bookkeeping, and merchandising. Ensuring high standards and providing fast, friendly service to customers is essential. Regular onsite attendance is expected. You will also execute the food program, demonstrating care for customers and setting an example for staff. A sense of urgency, patience, and leadership are vital.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds
• Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; may require ladder climbing
