Key Responsibilities

You will assist the Store Manager with oversight of the station operations, including hiring, supervising staff, bookkeeping, and merchandising. You will help maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers, ensuring regular onsite attendance. You will also execute the company's food program, demonstrating care for customers and leadership qualities.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and/or walk up to 8 hours
• Lift/carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 60 pounds
• Push/pull up to 20 pounds
• Bend and twist for about an hour per shift
• Use hands for grasping, reaching, manipulating, possibly climbing ladders
