Job summary

Store ADC Taft Store in Orange, CA is seeking a Donations Processor to accept and process donated merchandise at a busy retail location. Training will be provided; prior experience is not required.

Responsibilities include handling donations, loading and unloading goods, and assisting with store operations. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; shifts may include weekends and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED desired, but not required.
• No experience necessary; will train on the job.
• Ability to communicate and understand English well enough to receive work and safety instructions and answer questions, as well as communicate with management, co-workers, program participants, and the general public.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to lift merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work rotating schedules including weekends.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

To accept and process donations of merchandise at a designated retail store site. Performs other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position works at an extremely high-volume store requiring consistent physical effort in loading and unloading goods.

Consecutive days off may not be available due to scheduling priorities.
