Candidates should possess the ability to:

• Read and write Spanish/English, interact with the general public and co-workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

The Opportunity

The Restaurant Clerk position is a key contact point for our customer service experience and involves assisting with the preparation of El Super grilled and hot food items, following company standards for preparation and presentation, and maintaining a clean, inviting restaurant environment.

Must be able to work a variety of hours including nights and weekends.

Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to food preparation, handling, and serving.
