Under the supervision of a Restaurant Manager, the Fiesta Mart Cook is responsible for food preparation in the restaurant. This includes portioning, cooking (sautéing, frying, etc.), and ensuring the use of fresh ingredients. The role requires following sanitation guidelines and standard recipes to maintain product consistency. The Cook also assists customers with orders, serves food as needed, fills display cases, and helps with cleaning tasks.

Must be able to work a variety of hours including nights and weekends.

Food Handler Card or equivalent certification is required for all food-related positions.
