Candidates should possess the ability to:

• Read and write Spanish/English, interact with the general public and co-workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Effectively present information one-on-one and in small groups to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

The Opportunity

The Restaurant Clerk position is a key contact point for our customer service experience. Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of El Super grilled and hot food items, following precise company standards for preparation and presentation, and maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant environment.

Must be able to work various hours, including nights and weekends.

Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to food preparation, handling, and serving.
