What You'll Bring

• Ability to read and write in Spanish and English, and interact effectively with the public and co-workers.
• Ability to understand instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, and memos.
• Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions using common sense.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 45 pounds frequently, and up to 60 pounds occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications

The Opportunity

Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and safety, especially in the Produce Department. Support customer service on the store floor, bag groceries, carry out groceries if needed, and perform various store maintenance tasks such as retrieving carts, running price checks, and managing waste.
