Job summary

Reqroute, Inc. is seeking a Senior Storage Engineer to support Western Digital enterprise storage, backup and recovery services onsite in San Jose and surrounding locations. You will administer SAN/NAS/object storage, monitor capacity and performance, and ensure availability.

The role requires hands-on experience with NetApp ONTAP, backup platforms, automation and ITSM, plus strong troubleshooting skills. You will perform restores, plan controlled expansions and contribute to RCAs and on-call

Qualifications

• Must-have enterprise storage administration, backup and recovery, and performance/capacity planning.
• Experience with automation and ITSM processes is required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and on-call readiness preferred.
