Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to join our Ohio teams. Earn $15.00 per hour with flexible and full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm).

As a Property Manager you will inspect units, assess customer storage needs, and upsell packing/moving supplies, while handling cash and daily deposits. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between properties, and performance bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Valid driver’s license and use of own vehicle to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits.
• Assist in keeping customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls.
