Job summary

Public Storage in Franklin, TN is hiring for a Property Manager role. You will work independently at multiple locations, evaluating customer storage needs and promoting packing supplies.

Earn $15.00 per hour with full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm; benefits accrue after averaging 20+ hours, including medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, PTO, sick time, and more. Mileage reimbursement and performance bonuses are included.

Qualifications

• Candidates come from customer service, sales or service-based environments.
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or fast-food settings is valued.
• Requires valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess storage needs and suggest packing supplies to customers.
• Inspect storage units daily to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Help customers stay current with payments and call for reminders when needed.
• Work independently across multiple locations, indoors and outdoors.
