Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments such as retail, restaurants, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability and ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
• Travel between different work locations using own vehicle; mileage reimbursement available.
