Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager who can work independently across multiple locations in Missouri. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing supplies, and conduct daily unit inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent.

Responsibilities include auditing cash drawers, handling deposits, assisting customers with payments, and making reminder/clection calls when needed. You will travel between locations using your own vehicle and maintain outdoor areas to keep facilities

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to handle sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or service-based roles is relevant.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel between locations.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform outdoor tasks part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when needed.
• Travel between locations using own vehicle; mileage is reimbursed.
