Job description

A US-based technology company is looking for a Storage Engineer to join their global team. This is a fully remote position with frequent collaboration across international teams, especially in the US.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage, support, and automate storage platforms, primarily NetApp (file storage) and Pure Storage (block storage).
  2. Perform day-to-day operations, documentation, incident resolution, and improve automation processes.
  3. Work with backup solutions as part of the storage infrastructure.
Requirements:
  1. Hands-on experience with NetApp and Pure Storage platforms.
  2. Practical knowledge of automation (scripting or platform-native tools preferred).
  3. Experience with provisioning, maintenance, and L1/L2 issue resolution.
  4. Experience with backup solutions such as Commvault and/or Rubrik is a plus.
  5. Advanced English (mandatory) – strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  6. Comfortable working within time zones that overlap with the US (LATAM preferred).
  7. Position is a freelance contract paid in USD.
  8. This is a 100% remote position.
