Job summary

Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) at Hill Air Force Base is seeking a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst to lead planning, directing, and coordinating administrative and staff functions within a Storage and Distribution branch. You will oversee inventory control, stock readiness, and distribution of DLA and service-owned material, using DSS, SAP, COPA, NIMMS, and EBS to improve operations.

The role requires analyzing processes, implementing improvements, and ensuring compliance with GS-12

Qualifications

One year of specialized experience at GS-11 level or equivalent.
Analyzing, evaluating, and solving problems in supply, storage, and distribution.
Experience using supply systems such as DSS, SAP, COPA, NIMMS, EBS.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising admin and staff for a Storage and Distribution branch.
Oversee review and analysis, resource management, internal controls, personnel services, forms and publications, equipment, supplies, vehicle monitoring, and inter-service support agreements.
Supervise delivery, receipt, storage, and distribution of DLA and service-owned material, including non-standard items.
Plan, establish, and manage programs like Quality Control, Document Processing, Inventory Accuracy, Accountability, and Stock Readiness.
Analyze operations and recommend improvements by adapting technology to inventory and storage systems at branch and regional levels.
Conduct research and analysis using DSS, MIS, automated supply systems, computer applications, principles, and techniques.
