You will oversee operations, review and analyze resource management, internal controls, and forms, ensuring efficient inventory and material handling.

The role requires analyzing processes, applying DSS and SAP tools, and guiding inter-service support agreements.

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience in supply, storage, and distribution related to organizational operations.
• Ability to analyze inventory and material storage systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Experience using supply systems and computer applications to support distribution processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising administrative and staff functions for a Storage and Distribution branch.
• Oversee review and analysis, resource management, internal controls, personnel services, forms and publications, equipment, supplies, vehicle monitoring, and inter-service support agreements.
• Supervise delivery, receipt, storage, and distribution of material, including non-standard items.
• Plan and manage programs such as Quality Control, Document Processing, Inventory Accuracy, Accountability, and Stock Readiness.
• Analyze operations and recommend improvements using technology for inventory and storage systems.
