Job summary

Tuff Shed in Houston is seeking a motivated sales design consultant to build relationships with residential and commercial customers. You will guide buyers from needs assessment through installation, showcasing sheds, garages, and custom buildings.

The role offers hourly base plus commission, paid training, and a benefits package. Candidates should be energetic, detail-oriented, and able to learn new software; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• A valid driver's license and satisfactory MVR.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Aptitude to learn new software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers identifying needs and demonstrate product features.
• Cultivate new sales leads from advertising and marketing.
• Be the point of contact from sale to installation.
• Assist with permits and liaise with HOAs as required.
• Develop product knowledge to convey the Tuff Shed advantage.
