U-Haul is seeking a Center Storage Manager in Louisville to oversee self-storage transactions, rentals and customer service while maintaining records and security. You will collaborate with the General Manager on updates and ensure daily facility checks.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication with customers, and adherence to safety and store procedures. Training through U-Haul University is provided along with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions, rentals and customer service.
• Keep regular, detailed and complete records using mobile electronic tools.
• Ensure cleanliness and security of storage site.
• Communicate with the General Manager to keep them apprised of important updates.
• Follow up on delinquent accounts.
• Complete a daily storage facility inspection.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
