Job description

PURPOSE

This position is responsible for calling storage buy customers and managing the customer storage audit process.

Pay Range

$17.00 - $20.60

Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available

Full‑time and part‑time positions are available.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of store management and store associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Self‑starter, able to work well in a fast‑paced environment.

Essential Functions

• Obtain required customer information to properly manage all storage buy orders
• Manage storage buy orders to ensure orders are delivered within the 14 day window
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly storage buy audits to ensure order and inventory accuracy, following the Storage Buy Audit SOP
• Deliver storage buy orders in POS
• Act and work in a manner consistent with the company’s core values
• Comply with the company’s safety standard operating procedures for lifting practices
• Answer the telephone according to established guidelines
• Perform other related duties as directed by management

Working Conditions (Travel, Hours, Environment)

• Employee is frequently exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. Noise level is typically moderate to noisy.

Physical/Sensory Requirements

Ability to exert 30–60 pounds of force occasionally, 20–30 pounds frequently, and/or >20 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Require use of hands and fingers, standing, walking, reaching, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.

Store Hours

Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pickup Hours

Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
